2010 saw the loss of a great bulldogger. George was a character. He not only told a great story, he was a story in itself. He would always be there for anyone who needed advice ranging from the simple things to the most important, how to love and care for a bulldog which was his and Liz’s passion.
George was a great man who fought battles of illness over the last 11 years that would bring most of us to their knees. He fought with strength and tenacity, had sheer determination and great courage – just like a bulldog.
He spoke his mind, he spoke his heart and helped many many people along the way, not only with life’s dealings but with the raising and nuturing of his beloved four legged friends, his bulldogs.
George will be missed by many.
A memorial show will be held in March 2011 hosted by The Northern British Bulldog Club. An international judge from the UK has been secured for this show. Details to follow.
